Founded by Grant Kincaid, GSK Dynamics is built on more than two decades of experience in military operations, industrial management, and federal service. Grant began his career in 2003 as a U.S. Air Force Electrical Systems Apprentice, serving two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After separating from Active Duty in 2010, he co-founded a company that supported industrial and logistical operations for DuPont de Nemours and Monsanto (Bayer) across the Midwest and Southern United States.

In 2014, Grant joined the Air Force civil service, leading electrical and power generation initiatives and overseeing depot-level modernization for aircraft arresting systems. That foundation shaped GSK Dynamics; an engineering and sustainment firm dedicated to providing mission ready solutions.
